Core Responsibilities

Engineered Excellence: Design and develop high-performance services using Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin.

Event-Driven Systems: Architect and maintain scalable, real-time data pipelines using Kafka.

Infrastructure & DevOps: Containerize applications via Docker/Kubernetes and own the deployment lifecycle through CI/CD best practices.

Optimization: Profile and tune backend services for maximum reliability; optimize PostgreSQL query performance for high-load environments.

Modern Methodologies: Apply TDD, BDD, and DDD to ensure code is clean, testable, and aligned with business logic.

Technical Requirements

The Trio: Expert-level Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin (Active coding experience is mandatory).

Architecture: Proven track record with Microservices and Distributed Systems.

Data & Messaging: Deep proficiency in Kafka and PostgreSQL.

Cloud Native: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.

Education: Degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points

Experience with Golang.

Expertise in Advanced Profiling and performance tuning.

Robust mastery of Automation Frameworks and testing strategies.
