Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance on system configuration, data migration, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot issues related to PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-9 years of experience in Techno Functional role with expertise in Peoplesoft HCM.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Perks Administration.
- Experience in designing and developing complex reports using PeopleCode programming language.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients.
