Hiring: Manager Maintenance (PCB Assembly Systems)
Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru
Experience: 10 to 14 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Mechatronics
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with a robust background in PCB Assembly and SMT manufacturing to lead equipment maintenance and ensure maximum production uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot SMT/PCB assembly equipment
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Program and maintain AOI systems
- Support new machine installation and commissioning
- Conduct RCA/RCCA to reduce downtime
- Improve equipment reliability and process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards
