Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our project team in quantity take-offs, billing, and cost estimation for construction projects. The candidate will assist in managing project costs and ensuring accurate measurements at site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings
- Assist in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation
- Support billing work (RA bills / Client & Subcontractor billing)
- Site measurement and verification
- Maintain records of material consumption
- Assist in cost estimation and budgeting
- Coordinate with site engineers and vendors
- Prepare daily/weekly reports

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & Excel
- Understanding of construction drawings
- Knowledge of BOQ and billing process
- Positive communication skills
- Attention to detail

Qualification:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
