Job Title: HR Sourcing Intern
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Sourcing Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is focused on sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and supporting the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source 90100 candidate profiles daily from job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, and Apna.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Connect with candidates to assess their interest and basic qualifications.
- Maintain and update candidate data in internal trackers.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Requirements:





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing (preferred).
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Internship Details:

- Duration: 6 months
- Candidates will be evaluated based on performance during the internship.
- High-performing candidates will be offered a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
