Location: Remote (Candidates should be open to travelling to Bangalore once a month, if required.)

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize large-scale Oracle database environments.
Lead Oracle performance tuning and troubleshooting initiatives.
Manage Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, GoldenGate, and cloud-hosted databases.
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
Support Oracle cloud migration and modernization projects.
Automate database administration tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools.
Collaborate with engineering and application teams to deliver highly available and secure database solutions.
Mentor junior DBAs and contribute to Oracle platform strategy and licensing optimization.
