- 100% compliance of trainign to shop floor staff as per training calander, One topic each month. 12 topic per year. Monitoring & data keeping for safety talk at site."
- Conduct JSA at site for all critical jobs. Atleast 5 JSA per month.

- Develop & Training ERT Team and refresher training as per legal requirement.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near miss wrt workplace safety, CAPA implementation.

- Accountable for all Fireman activities, docuemnts, dsicipline etc.
- New ideas, improvement, upgradation etc in existing safety systems or current safety systems.

- Monthly & Quarterly MIS preparation. Collection of data at all levels.
