Role & responsibilities
- Drive personal loan sales through effective team management and channel development
- Manage and scale DSA channels to meet branch sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure high performance
- Ensure compliance and quality sourcing as per company standards
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to build strategies accordingly
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in financial services sales
- Proven team handling and leadership skills
- Solid exposure to DSA channel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
