Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing various projects/properties for the Sales Associates

2. Liasing with various developers reps for information wrt their projects

3. Creating EDMs, Graphics etc from material given by various sources

4. Posting marketing material and updates regularly on social media pages, such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest etc

5. SEO, SEM, SMO for the company portal

6. Creating marketing campaigns on social media and search engines

7. Updating companys online portal with project details & latest real estate news

8. KRAs for marketing campaigns and success achieved in lead generation qualitative and quantitative

9. Monitoring real estate portals for listings, projects etc to ensure competitiveness

10. Organising leads & marketing data for review

11.



Knowing the requirements and methods of marketing on real estate portals such as Magicbricks, 99acres, Commonfloor, Makaan etc and Posting listings, projects etc on them
