Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT/Desktop Support or Help Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice).
- Familiarity with remote support tools and endpoint management.
- Positive troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, or VMware.
- ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, or CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
