- ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Mgmt, Health Log Analytics)
- Infrastructure & Network Monitoring
- Incident, Problem & Change Management (ITIL)
- CMDB & Service Mapping
- SLA, SLO & Availability Management
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Cloud Operations (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Automation & Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Key Requirements:
- Can lead discussion for end-to-end ITOM implementation for enterprise clients using ServiceNow ITOM
- Infrastructure monitoring across servers, networks, databases, and cloud platforms
- Use of monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, SCOM, Nagios) with ServiceNow
- Collaboration with client DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure high availability and resilience
- ITIL-aligned operations, incident response, and problem management
- Implemented Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management




- Created business service views for critical applications.
- Enabled proactive outage prevention using AIOps insights
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITOM
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

- IT Infrastructure Management (5+ years)
