Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver training programs for call center agents to improve customer service skills, product knowledge, and process efficiency.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate agent performance and provide feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders to integrate trained agents into the call center operations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in BPO or call center industry.
- Robust background in process training, call center training, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing effective training programs that drive business results.
