Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and the sales team to ensure seamless order processing, stock availability, and timely product deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports, sales data, and performance dashboards using Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Monitor inventory levels, track sales orders, and collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stock shortages and delivery delays.
- Support sales managers in executing trade schemes, promotions, and market activities while ensuring effective communication with distributors.
- Handle customer and distributor queries, follow up on payments and outstanding issues, and ensure smooth sales operations across assigned territories.
