Role & responsibilities

1. Microbiological Testing Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water as per SOPs and pharmacopoeia

2. Environmental Monitoring Carry out viable/non-viable air monitoring, surface monitoring, and personnel monitoring in OSD areas

3. Media & Reagents Preparation, sterilization, and documentation of culture media and reagents

4. Microbial Identification Perform identification of isolates and maintain culture bank

5. Documentation Review and maintain records, logbooks, and QC documents as per cGMP and regulatory requirements

6. Investigations Assist in OOS, deviation, and CAPA handling related to microbiology

7. Equipment Operation, calibration, and maintenance of LAF, incubators, autoclave, and other micro lab equipment

Preferred candidate profile

Education: M.Sc in Microbiology

- Knowledge: cGMP, GLP, Microbial Limit Test, BET, Sterility, Water testing

- Skills: Positive documentation practice, attention to detail, team player.
