- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Provide coaching support to clients during training implementation.
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Evaluate training programs' effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements :

- Proven experience in behavioral training, corporate training, or learning & development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and delivering high-quality soft skills training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify training needs.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
