Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production planning, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting productivity targets.
- Coordinate with team members to plan and execute shift operations, including manpower handling and shop floor control.
- Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing delays.
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, procurement) to resolve issues affecting production efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Diploma/B.E holder in Mechanical Engineering or related field; knowledge of PPC (Production Planning & Control) principles preferred.
- Solid understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
