Roles and responsibilities-
Plan, supervise, and execute PEB steel structure erection activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with design, detailing, production, dispatch, and project management teams for seamless site execution.
- Review erection drawings, GA drawings, and erection sequences before execution.
- Ensure proper alignment, plumbing, bolting, torque tightening, and structural stability during erection.
- Monitor erection progress and ensure achievement of project schedules.
- Coordinate cranes, lifting equipment, manpower, and subcontractors for productive execution.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures, work permits, and PPE requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site MIS, material reconciliation, and client progress updates.
- Attend client and consultant meetings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure timely project completion with zero safety incidents and minimum rework.
