We are looking for a Deputy Manager FP&A; to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management. The ideal candidate should have robust business partnering skills, experience in financial analysis, and the ability to provide strategic insights to leadership while driving financial governance and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial planning activities.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on business performance.
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and executive dashboards.
- Develop and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
- Monitor costs, identify optimization opportunities, and improve financial performance.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and planning processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, financial governance, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Drive automation and process improvements in FP&A; reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA or equivalent qualification.
- 6–9 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in FP&A;, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, or Corporate Finance.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in preparing management reports and executive dashboards.
