About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter with experience in Semiconductor/VLSI hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting niche semiconductor talent and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across VLSI, ASIC, SoC, Physical Design, Verification, DFT, STA, FPGA, and Embedded domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and build hiring strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for Semiconductor and VLSI skill sets including:
- RTL Design
- ASIC Design & Verification
- Physical Design
- STA
- DFT
- FPGA
- Analog/Mixed Signal Design
- SoC/IP Validation
- Embedded Systems & Firmware

- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and stakeholders.
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and niche technologies.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of IT recruitment experience, with a minimum of 1 year of Semiconductor/VLSI hiring experience.
- Robust understanding of VLSI and Semiconductor domains, including ASIC, FPGA, DFT, STA, Physical Design, and Verification.
- Hands-on experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
- Solid networking and talent-mapping capabilities.
