Solid exposure to Industrial Relations (70%) and Human Resources (30%). The role should have a predominant focus on Industrial Relations while working closely with the Corporate HR team to implement and drive HR policies, processes, initiatives, and people practices at the plant level, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and business objectives.
Industrial Relations: Proven experience in handling both internal and external trade unions, including union negotiations, settlements, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and statutory compliance.
Workforce Management: Extensive experience managing a large manufacturing workforce in a unionized environment NAPS & NATS
Company Background: Candidates from large manufacturing organizations with an annual turnover of 800+ crore will be preferred.
Leadership:
Ability to partner with plant leadership to maintain harmonious employee relations while ensuring operational continuity and statutory compliance.
Location: Good understanding of the Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) industrial ecosystem and local labor environment is mandatory.
Candidate Preference: Only Maharashtrian candidates will be
considered. Candidates from other states/locations are not preferred for this role due to the nature of the Industrial Relations responsibilities and the need for effective engagement with the local workforce and unions.
Language: Fluency in Marathi (spoken) is mandatory.
