We are seeking a highly creative and technically capable Digital Marketing Expert who can independently develop impactful digital marketing campaigns, create SEO-focused landing pages, improve Google and AI search visibility, and support the global online growth of our training and certification business.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, Google marketing, AI-assisted marketing, landing page development, social media promotion, video content creation, and lead generation strategies capable of delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & SEO

- Develop SEO-optimized landing pages for different countries and services
- Create Google-friendly marketing pages aligned with Google Search and AI Search requirements
- Improve website visibility in:
- Google Search
- AI Search Platforms
- ChatGPT visibility
- Bing and other search engines

- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
- Implement:

- Meta titles
- Meta descriptions
- Schema markup
- Internal linking strategies

- Monitor Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing performance
- Run and optimize:

- Google Ads campaigns
- YouTube marketing campaigns
- LinkedIn promotions
- AI-assisted marketing campaigns

- Generate and nurture inbound leads
- Improve landing page conversion rates
- Develop backlink and authority-building strategies




- Create SEO-friendly blogs and promotional articles

Website & Landing Page Development

- Develop and maintain high-converting landing pages
- Maintain and regularly update the TCB website
- Create and manage landing pages using PHP Laravel or similar platforms
- Ensure website responsiveness, speed optimization, and user-friendly experience
- Coordinate website improvements and technical troubleshooting
- Support hosting, domain, and website maintenance activities

Content Creation & Multimedia Support

- Create engaging promotional presentations and marketing materials
- Design digital banners, social media creatives, and promotional visuals
- Create and edit professional videos using Wondershare Filmora or equivalent software
- Develop YouTube and Vimeo promotional and training videos
- Support online webinar and virtual training promotions
- Assist in creating LMS course promotional content

Desired Skills

Essential Skills

- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong expertise in SEO and digital marketing
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Valuable understanding of AI-driven marketing trends and tools ChatGPT Replit, Bolt, Google Ads AI, Framer AI, Webflow AI, Serfer SEO, Semrusf, Ahrefs




- Social media marketing expertise
- Solid creativity and visual communication capability
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on lead generation and business growth

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline
- Additional qualification in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, or Web Development is highly preferred

Experience

- Minimum 2 3 years relevant experience preferred
- Experience in digital marketing, online education, training industry, or international business promotion will be an added advantage

Remuneration

- 2.5 Lakhs per annum (Negotiable for highly capable candidates)
- 1 Month Paid Leave after successful completion of 12 months of continuous service
