Responsibilities:
• Achieve branch business targets across all product segments with a robust focus on
Fixed Deposits & Life Insurance
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff and advisors to deliver sustained
performance
• Drive cross-selling initiatives and portfolio diversification as per defined targets
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines, as applicable
• Monitor persistency, renewals, activisation and customer satisfaction at the branch
level
• Prepare MIS reports and contribute to strategic planning for the region
• Recruit, Train and manage the team of Front Line Sales & Advisors
• Drive productivity parameters at branch level
• Work with the team of FLS towards formulation of sales strategy including activation
of Business Associate
