The Branch Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collections process at the branch level. This role involves handling customer queries, managing repayment disputes, ensuring zero pending records, and leading a team to achieve collection targets. The manager will also deal with Non-Performing Assets (NPA), bucketed customers, and legal matters related to collections.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Query Management

Address customer queries related to collection disputes, repayment track records, and payment-related issues.

Provide timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Collections Oversight

Handle hard collections and ensure zero pending records.

Manage collections across products including Commercial Vehicles (CV), Farm Equipment (FE), MSME loans, and Home Loan (HL) cases.

Oversee collections in X Bucket to NPA/Write-off cases.

- NPA & Bucket Management
Deal with NPA and bucketed customers effectively to minimize losses.




- Implement recovery strategies and monitor progress.

- Legal & Compliance
Handle legal and CIBIL-related matters including winding-up petitions, arbitration, dispute compliance, recovery matters, and customer-related disputes.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as agreements, deeds, contracts, affidavits, appeals, complaints, suits, and notices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Asset Repossession

- Oversee repossession of assets in default cases.
- Ensure repossession activities are conducted in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.

- Agency Handling for Repossession

- Manage and coordinate with external agencies for repossession activities.
- Monitor agency performance, ensure adherence to compliance standards, and resolve operational challenges.
