Job description
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate for our International Voice Process. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve global customer queries, and deliver an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist international customers over the phone with inquiries and account management.
- Provide accurate solutions while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.
- Meet daily performance metrics, including First Call Resolution (FCR) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (neutral or global accent).
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Min 1 year into International Voice Only
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a 24/7 setting, including rotational night shifts.
