Position: HSE Executive (Health, Safety & Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, EHS regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the manufacturing facility.
- Organize safety trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective & preventive actions.
- Monitor usage of PPE and promote a strong safety culture.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and statutory registers.
- Coordinate with government authorities for inspections and regulatory compliance.
- Support implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and EHS management systems.
- Monitor waste management, environmental compliance, fire safety,



and occupational health initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
- 25 years of HSE experience in FMCG, Pharma, Personal Care, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries.
- Good knowledge of statutory safety regulations, fire safety, and environmental compliance.
- Solid communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
