Position Details

- Position: Senior Specialist – IT Service Delivery
- Experience: 3+ Years
- Qualification: BCA / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Graduate / Master's Degree
- Shift: Rotational Shifts (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT service delivery and ensure high service quality.
- Lead and support IT Technicians in daily operational activities.
- Handle network engineering, system administration, application troubleshooting, and data cabling.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive solutions.
- Manage 2nd level technical support and resolve complex IT issues.
- Support IT infrastructure projects and collaborate with the IT Manager.
- Monitor information security threats and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Handle IT asset procurement and licensing compliance.
- Maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.




- Manage internal and external IT audits.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Keep systems updated with the latest Windows Operating Systems.
- Participate in project implementations, training, and continuous process improvement.
