We are hiring Hydraulic Assembly Fitter for our client company for Sulur, Coimbatore location.

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for

# Studying of Hydraulic / Pneumatic Circuit drawings

# Collection of Hydraulic materials / Valves as per Hydraulic BOM

# Creating / Reading Hydraulic Assembly SOP for Hydraulic Assembly and critical miles stones / Stages inspection

# Coordinate with mechanical and Hydraulic team for effective assembly of Hydraulic Routing

# Identify issues / problems / abnormalities from the Hydraulic / SOP / Check points

# Initiating Improvements / Corrections / Modifications through ECR in SAP

# Self auditing Hydraulic Routing / Joints / connections against the drawings / SOP / Check list and sign in the dedicated check list for each NPD machine

# Maintaining best 5 S practices with clear identifications Tags for every Hydraulic items at NPD area and

remove unwanted / not used Hydraulic parts with the approval of assembly head.





# Maintaining First Time right in Hydraulic Assembly / connections and maintaining good / Protected Hydraulic routings

with the help of Assembly head / Hydraulic design team

# Update SOP / Check list after the completion of Hydraulic connections of one Machine without fail.

# Handling of Equipment starting / operating

# Preparation of Hydraulic parts and Hoses such crimping , protecting with sleeves , correct tagging for

Identifications and Problem solving etc

Preferred candidate profile

Reading Hydraulic / Pneumatic Circuit drawings

Experience in Hydraulic hose routing

Awareness of Hydraulic parts functioning

Understanding of Hydraulic critical parts

Experience in preparations of Hydraulic hoses suitable for assembly such as crimping , cutting , protecting joints with sleeves etc

Robotic Programming knowledge.
