- Oversee daily production operations on the shop floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate shifts to optimize productivity, minimize downtime, and manage labor costs.
- Supervise a team of operators, providing guidance on CNC/VMC, assembly line procedures, and troubleshooting issues.
- Monitor production metrics such as output per hour, defect rate, and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in production supervising or management in an industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Robust understanding of CNC machines operation and maintenance.
