- the role is a user management role and NOT a technical expert who has done implementation or administration of the IAM technologies.
- Lowe s currently uses Sailpoint and CA-IDM in some cases .hence Sailpoint experience is HIGHLY preferred.
- the person should be have a good understanding of Microsoft AD as well from the perspective of user management (how to set user policies, change user policies, etc.) .again NOT looking for AD Administrator, NOT looking for AD implementation experience.
- the person should be able to do user management and understand the concepts of managing user profiles, user policies, etc. etc.

2-5 years hands-on experience in administration and maintenance of end user accounts, permissions and access rights.
- Solid hands-on experience with a majority of the following technologies (Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, CA Identity Minder, SailPoint).




- Strong understanding of application access structures and request model etc.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory - Domains, group membership, account transfers and moves.
- Deep understanding of RACF, ACF2 systems and knowledge of Mainframe Security Administration.
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft server operating systems.
- Exposure to user access management and access provisioning in SailPoint & CA-IDM (preferred).
