Must have prior Lead experience in at least 2 projects (3 Years)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Primary Skills (Mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with GCP services (Primary Cloud): Computer Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, GKE, IAM
- Exposure to GCP PaaS services and cloud-native architectures
- Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud IaaS services (Secondary Cloud) : Virtual Servers, VPC Infrastructure, Load Balancers
- VPN Gateway and basic connectivity services (VNet Peering, ExpressRoute)
- Object Storage, Security Groups
- Monitoring and Logging, Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Experience with monitoring and incident management tools ie. Service Now
- architectural knowledge of IaaS environments including:
- Multi-tier infrastructure design
- High Availability (HA)
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Network segmentation
- Hybrid cloud connectivity
- Scalability and fault-tolerant architecture

- Familiarity with container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience using monitoring and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket handling and issue tracking.
- Working knowledge of Azure IaaS environments, including:
- Understanding of multi-tier infrastructure concepts
- Basic knowledge of High Availability (Availability Sets/Zones) and Disaster Recovery (DR) practices
- Awareness of network segmentation using VNets, subnets, and NSGs
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud connectivity setups
- Understanding of scalability and fault-tolerant systems in Azure

Preferences: -

IBM and/or GCP cloud certifications preferred




Experience working in enterprise or global cloud operations environments
Understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices

Valuable communication and stakeholder management Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend s basis business requirement.

- Manage cloud security policies, IAM controls, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with DevOps, application, security, and infrastructure teams
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and operational costs
