We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional with experience in primary residential sales with reputed real estate developers in the Gurgaon market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive residential property sales and achieve targets.
• Generate business through channel partners.
• Build client relationships and provide end-to-end sales support.
• Conduct site visits and project presentations.
• Convert leads into closures through effective negotiation.
• Maintain channel partner engagement.
• Possess strong knowledge of Gurgaon micro-markets including Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road and Dwarka Expressway.
• Coordinate with internal teams and monitor market trends. Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate; MBA preferred.
• 6–12 years' experience in Residential Sales with Real Estate Developers only.
• Experience in primary residential sales and channel partner management.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills.
• Current Gurgaon/NCR market exposure preferred.
