Job Title: Store Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Store Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while ensuring accurate inventory records and proper housekeeping. The role requires good organizational skills and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records accurately.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Arrange materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality,



and Purchase departments for smooth material movement.
- Follow company safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
- Assist the Store In-charge in preparing inventory and stock reports.
- Perform any additional store-related tasks assigned by the management.
- Required Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- 2 years of experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management (manufacturing/FMCG/food industry preferred).

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials when required.
- Honest, disciplined, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Preferred Experience

- Experience in a spices, food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
