About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Media Investment Analyst to support media investment operations for global clients. The role involves managing media budgets, investment tracking, reconciliation, and reporting while collaborating with media planning, client service, and finance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end media investment budget creation and maintenance in Mediaocean Lumina.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Update and maintain media budgets across internal financial systems (FX) and master budget trackers.
- Support monthly actualization processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and invoicing.
- Partner with media planning, category leads, and finance teams to ensure investment compliance.
- Monitor budget utilization, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation of investment activities.
- Ensure adherence to client processes,



financial controls, and operational SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Media Investment, Media Operations, Media Finance, Campaign Operations, or Client Finance within a media/advertising agency.
- Experience with Mediaocean Lumina or similar media planning/investment platforms is preferred.
- Robust understanding of media budgeting, financial reconciliation, invoicing, and investment tracking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with global clients in a media or advertising agency.
- Exposure to media planning, campaign financial operations, or investment management.
- Familiarity with digital media and campaign workflows.
