Role & responsibilities

- Managed end-to-end Customer, Vendor, and Employee Master Data processes, including Travel & Expense (T&E;) administration, governance, and compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established data governance standards.
- Review, validate, and approve complex master data requests while meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct data quality audits and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve master data quality and reliability.
- Identify process gaps and implement standardization initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support digital transformation and automation projects to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation and governance controls
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer, vendor, employee, and data governance matters
- Prepare operational,



governance and performance reports for management review
- Analyse trends, identify process improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements. Support
- internal and external audits by providing process documentation and audit evidence.
- Identify risks related to inaccurate or incomplete master data and implement mitigation
- measures and strengthen governance frameworks to improve compliance and business risk management
- Ensure to meet KPI targets with high quality all the time
- Focus on process improvement initiatives and reduce non-value adds from the process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in finance / accounting.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management
- Concur (Travel and Expenditure) processes in a multinational workplace.
- Experience in finance or accounting functions including escalations reporting in Master Data Management and related functions.
