Role Overview

As an Assessment Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical ownership role in assessment creation, quality, and delivery, while also acting as a functional lead within the team. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely assessment solutions for clients. This role sits at the intersection of technical understanding, content quality, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment Design & Quality

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, tech stacks, and role expectations

- Design, create, and review assessments aligned with industry standards and real-world job requirements

- Ensure strong coverage across problem-solving, coding, MCQs, and applied skills

- Continuously improve assessments based on performance data, feedback, and evolving industry trends

Delivery Ownership

- Own end-to-end assessment delivery for assigned accounts, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction

- Partner with Customer Success teams to manage priorities, escalations, and delivery commitments

- Drive consistency and standardization across assessments

Content Review & Governance





- Review and validate technical content created by internal and external contributors

- Maintain high quality benchmarks for accuracy, relevance, and difficulty calibration

- Champion best practices in technical content creation and evaluation

Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Act as a go-to person / pod lead for junior team members

- Guide team members on content quality, problem design, and review standards

- Drive accountability and ownership within the team

Community & Ecosystem Engagement

- Engage with external contributors to build a strong content ecosystem

- Moderate discussions, provide feedback, and improve contributor quality

- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives within and outside the organization

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in technical content creation, assessment design, or related domains

- Strong problem-solving skills with solid understanding of Computer Science domain

- Proficiency in content creation using AI tools

- Proven ability to review and improve technical content with high attention to detail

- Solid communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders

- Experience in handling multiple priorities and dynamic client requirements

- Ability to take ownership and drive outcomes independently

Good to Have

- Experience with coding assessment platforms or EdTech products

- Exposure to hiring workflows or technical interviewing processes

- Prior experience mentoring or leading small teams
