You will play a crucial role in driving change and ensuring that technology initiatives align with organizational goals, ultimately contributing to the success of the projects you oversee.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
