We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and enterprise security programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to Application Security, Network Security, and Vulnerability Management, along with experience driving Change Management and Release Management initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, security stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable delivery of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage enterprise security and GRC programs across multiple technology teams.
- Drive Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives and ensure adherence to organizational security standards.
- Manage security programs covering Application Security, Network Security, and Vulnerability Management.
- Coordinate and govern Change Management and Release Management activities.
- Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Development, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
- Track security risks, vulnerabilities, remediation plans, and compliance activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, risk reviews, governance forums, and status reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of security initiatives while managing dependencies, risks, and escalations.




- Drive continuous process improvements across ITSM and security operations.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of Technical Program or Technical Project Management experience.
- Solid experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Hands-on exposure to Application Security.
- Strong understanding of Network Security.
- Experience managing Vulnerability Management programs.
- Experience with Change Management.
- Experience with Release Management.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience working in global delivery environments.
- Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
- Experience with Security Governance and Risk Assessments.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, or similar security frameworks.
- Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.

- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise security initiatives in client-facing environments.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams across different geographies and time zones.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
