Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs, sketches, and drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant software.

- Create detailed working drawings for interior design projects.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Prepare presentations renderings / models / meetings with clients to communicate design concepts effectively.

- Having positive knowledge of various architecture materials for exterior cladding, interior floor, walls etc.

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Required a minimum of 2-7 years of experience in architecture or interior architecture industry.

- Diploma or B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.

- Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, Rhino & Vray rendering software.
