We are looking for a Social Media Growth Marketer/ Manager to own and grow our presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit. This role will drive follower growth, engagement, and lead generation by creating high-quality content, producing videos, hosting interviews/podcasts, and ghostwriting for company leaders. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SaaS/B2B and has grown audiences for brands or founders in the past.

Responsibilities

- Own and execute the LinkedIn strategy for the company and key team members (including ghostwriting posts).
- Lead the YouTube content strategy-short videos, explainers, interviews, customer stories, and webinar snippets.
- Build and manage a strong presence on Reddit through authentic engagement and community participation.
- Produce video content: scripts, shoots, short-form edits, and repurposed clips.
- Run podcasts, interviews, and webinars from planning to recording to publishing.
- Build and grow a CX/SaaS-focused community across social platforms.




- Repurpose long-form content (videos, interviews, webinars) into short posts, reels, shorts, and clips.
- Drive lead generation through content, personal branding, and platform-specific strategies.
- Track and analyze performance (followers, reach, engagement, leads) and optimize for growth.

Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of experience in social media, growth marketing, or content creation for B2B/SaaS brands.
- Proven experience growing LinkedIn, YouTube, or Reddit channels for a brand or founder.
- Solid on-camera presence and confidence in hosting interviews or podcasts.
- Ability to ghostwrite high-quality LinkedIn content for leadership.
- Understanding of SaaS/B2B audiences, CX space, industry trends, and thought leadership content.
- Demonstrated success in driving followers, engagement, and inbound leads.
