Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a agile service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions to enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for troubleshooting software issues.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate various systems effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
