Summary:As a Senior Simulation Consultant in the Automotive industry, you will lead transformative simulation projects to optimize manufacturing processes, such as assembly lines, machining, and quality control. With deep expertise in Simulation tools like Tecnomatix, DELMIA, or Flexsim, you will provide strategic guidance, lead client engagements, and drive innovation in automotive operations. Your role will involve shaping simulation strategies, mentoring teams, and contributing to thought leadership to position the organization as a leader in automotive simulation. The candidate will be a trusted advisor to CTOs and senior client stakeholders on simulation-led transformation journeys.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop simulation strategies aligned with client business goals, such as reducing production cycle times or improving quality metrics.
- Lead end-to-end simulation projects, from requirement analysis to model development, validation, and implementation, using tools like Tecnomatix, DELMIA etc.
- Provide expert consulting on applying simulation to automotive use cases, including assembly line optimization, material flow, and supply chain logistics.
- Identify new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development and client pitches to expand simulation engagements.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with automotive clients, acting as a trusted advisor on simulation-driven transformation.
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, conference presentations, and industry forums on automotive simulation.

Skills:
- - Over 15 years of experience in the Automotive industry, with a robust focus on simulation for manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in simulation tools like Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Dassault DELMIA, Flexsim or similar tools applied to automotive use cases.
- Deep knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, material handling, and quality control.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact simulation projects with quantifiable business outcomes (e.g., reduced cycle times, cost savings).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage C-suite executives and technical teams. Good to Have

Skills:
- - Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and automation, and their integration with simulation.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools (e.g., CATIA, NX) for integration with simulation workflows.
- Experience with tools like Siemens xDT , Dassault 3D experience platform. Tooling / Platform Exposure:- Simulation Tools:Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Dassault DELMIA, Flexsim, Anylogic.
- CAD/CAE Tools:CATIA, NX, SolidWorks.
- PLM Systems:Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Enovia.
- Digital Twin Platforms:Siemens MindSphere, NVIDIA Omniverse, DS 3DExperience.
- Manufacturing Systems:Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk. Leadership & Behavioral Competencies:- Strategic thinking to align simulation solutions with automotive industry trends and client objectives.
- Exceptional leadership to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Robust interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships at senior levels.
- Adaptability to navigate the dynamic and competitive automotive industry. Additional Info:- Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in PLM systems or Industry 4.0 technologies is preferred.
- This position is based at Bengaluru or Pune - Candidate should have a minimum 18+years of experience
