About The Role

As an Implementation Manager in our Customer Support department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and rollout of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions for our clients. What You'll Do

Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess business needs and configure ERP systems to deliver tailored solutions.
Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and adherence to objectives.
Provide hands-on support and training to clients during and after the implementation process to ensure a successful transition.
Proactively address challenges and risks, providing innovative solutions to mitigate potential project delays or issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports,



and client-facing communications.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP integration, project management, or client management roles.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills in English.
Client-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to troubleshoot and provide creative solutions to challenges.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
