We are now expanding our internal recruitment team and looking for passionate, driven professionals who can take ownership of the complete hiring lifecycle and contribute to our growth.

Position: Junior Recruiter / Senior Recruiter
Department: Talent Acquisition
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Alternate Saturdays Off

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.

- Review resumes, evaluate skills, and conduct interviews effectively.

- Ensure daily operational updates and accurate status reporting.

- Meet defined metrics, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.





- Handle both IT and Non-IT recruitment mandates.

- Maintain communication with stakeholders to track candidate progress.

- Own the full hiring life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Conduct initial candidate assessments and manage interview coordination.

- Work independently with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

Quaifications

- Proven recruiting experience (preferably with Big4, mid-size consulting, or executive search firms).

- Hands-on experience with ATS and social media sourcing tools.

- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
