The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer (Manager) to lead the design and delivery of agent-based AI solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to drive the adoption of AI-driven automation and scalable enterprise solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks.
- Develop and oversee intelligent agent development using Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).
- Drive solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery across AI initiatives.
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills and attributes for success

- Strong experience in Copilot Studio and AI agent development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).




- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and AI/ML services.
- Strong understanding of agent-based architectures, orchestration, and integration patterns.
- Ability to lead technical design and guide teams on best practices.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within enterprise systems and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components.
- Ensure solution performance, reliability, and alignment with enterprise security and governance standards.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed, onshoreoffshore delivery models.

- Experience with Power Platform.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Experience supporting large transformation or digital modernization programs
- Familiarity with testing tools, deployment cycles, and release management practices
- Experience working across multiple industries or complex business environments

What we look for

- Prior experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements.
- Degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent with relevant industry experience.
- Microsoft AI certification is preferred.
