Cluster Sales Manager Broking Channel 2-4 Years Bangalore

We are hiring Cluster Sales Manager Broking Channel 2-4 Years for a leading General Insurance company. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Corporate Sales, Insurance Broking, Commercial Lines, Broker Relationship Management, Business Development, and Corporate Agency Channel who can drive commercial insurance business, strengthen broker relationships, and expand market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth across Commercial Insurance lines including Fire, Engineering, Marine, Liability, Workmen's Compensation, and other Commercial Lines while consistently achieving monthly business targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing brokers, intermediaries, and corporate clients.
- Develop new broker partnerships and expand market penetration by building strong relationships across the Bangalore market.
- Ensure timely servicing of brokers and clients by meeting defined service-level TATs and coordinating effectively with underwriting and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain business reports and coordinate coinsurance and reinsurance-related activities while enhancing the organization's market presence.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-4 years of experience in General Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Corporate Sales, Insurance Broking, or Corporate Agency Channel.
- Strong exposure to Commercial Lines including Fire, Engineering, Marine, Liability, and Workmen's Compensation. Experience in individual Motor and Health policies is not required.
- Proven experience in Corporate Sales, Broker Relationship Management, Business Development,



and handling mid-to-large ticket commercial insurance business.
- Well-established broker network and strong market relationships within the Bangalore insurance market.
