Job Description Logistics Executive

Position: Logistics Executive
Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar
Experience: 2–6 Years
Age Limit: Below 35 Years
Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of company vehicles (owned & hired).
- Coordinate vehicle deployment as per business requirements.
- Maintain vehicle records, log books, and trip details.
- Ensure timely renewal of RC, Insurance, Fitness, PUC, Permits, and other vehicle documents.
- Schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance expenses.
- Coordinate with drivers, transport vendors, and service centers.
- Verify fuel, repair, toll, and other vehicle-related bills.




- Maintain MIS reports related to fleet operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in Fleet/Logistics Management.
- Age below 35 years.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and statutory documents.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in handling fleet operations in manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, or corporate organizations.
