- Ensure achievement of Primary Secondary target for the territory
- Enhance Distribution network, by focusing on distribution
- Enhance visibility of products, through merchandising aids activities
- Implement activities, and Key accounts activities; Implement Launch plan for current products; Focus on Key brands
- Organize and plan the market working for self and DS
- Identify Sourcing and Training of DS and develop a strong DS talent pool
- Furnish reports related to market workings and sales
- Ensure Distributor claims process completion on time.
