About the role:

You will assist in construction and site coordination activities for the Roundglass Sports infrastructure project. Working under the guidance of the Associate MEP, you will coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support smooth project execution. You will be involved in a niche, state-of-the-art sports infrastructure project across the pre-construction, construction, and handover phases, supporting delivery as per defined scope, quality standards, and project timelines.

What youll do:

- Assist in reviewing MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings,



and method statements to ensure alignment with approved designs and project requirements.
- Support the Associate MEP and project team at site in monitoring execution of MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for day-to-day MEP-related clarifications and follow-ups.
- Assist in site inspections and observations to track installation progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved MEP drawings and specifications.
- Maintain and update MEP-related documentation, including drawings, approvals, inspection records, and test reports as per project guidelines.
- Support measurement, verification, and preliminary checking of MEP bills and quantities under guidance from the Associate MEP.
- Assist during testing, commissioning, and inspection of MEP systems and report observations to the Associate MEP/Project team.
- Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support during execution and handover phases of the project.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical discipline. PMP or similar certification is not mandatory at this level.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in MEP works, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Basic understanding of MEP drawings, site execution, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
- Exposure to measurement, billing support, and maintaining project documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction-related documentation tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to follow instructions, meet timelines, and support project delivery.
