We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented AR Callers to join our US Healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with US insurance companies to verify claim status, follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR), and ensure timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Call US insurance companies to analyze claim status and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Identify, capture, and document denial reasons accurately.
- Update claim status, notes, and actions in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to client and organizational policies.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned claims.





Desired Candidate Profile

- 04 years of experience in AR Calling, Voice Process, Customer Support, or International BPO.
- Experience in handling customer issues, escalation calls, and case management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, email, web-based applications, and data entry.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7/US shift workplace.
- Comfortable working from the office.
