- Lead and mentor a workforce of 2,000+ FTEs across multiple delivery locations.
- Create a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Drive talent development, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Ensure role clarity, career progression, and employee motivation across all levels.
Financial & Business Management
- Manage P&L; responsibility for RCM operations.
- Plan, forecast, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Implement financial control systems to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
Client Excellence
- Maintain high client satisfaction and service delivery standards.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and drive client retention initiatives.
- Partner with clients to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Automation, and Finance teams to align operational strategies.
- Build solid inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with HR for workforce planning and capability development initiatives.
